The
next Professional Cook 1 apprenticeship course starts
on February 9, 2010.

Classes are on
Tuesdays from 1:00 - 9:30 p.m. (Times may vary.)
The course consists of 20 sessions plus one additional session
to
write the apprenticeship exam.
Spaces are limited.
Phone the office to
set up an interview with the executive chef.
Once you have been approved for the program,
a $100.00 deposit
will
be required to reserve your place.
Because of assistance from the Province of British
Columbia,
the total cost to the student is $400.00.
